WOSPAC has appointed Mr. Wael Gharzeddine as the football director of WOSPAC in West Asia with Lebanon and Jordan as the first two locations with a mission to helping academies and clubs in sharing a high football level experience in Barcelona or Lebanon through players and coaches development advance program. WOSPAC widespread his boarders signing a new agreement to collaborate in the field of training of football and with the aim to keep wide spreading the horizons in West Asia. Wael currently, run his own football academy known as Stars Academy for Sports (S.A.S) based in Lebanon that was founded in 2011. S.A.S. started its collaboration with WOSPAC in 2012 with the aim of training young talents to be able to reach the professional level having also the chance to do stays at WOSPAC, to develop as a players. The goal of S.A.S. is to grow in Lebanon, identifying young talent and finding the best way for guys and girls who want to learn to play in their country. With the aim of keep supporting and promoting the Baix Llobregat entities in an international level, WOSPAC has reached a collaboration agreement with AE Prat. The agreement will help international players and coaches to be instructed in the club, and on the other side, players and coaches from the “portablava” entity could have opportunities of international training. The main goal is to internationally let the club, its players and coaches know, at the same way that WOSPAC has already done successfully with other entities from the Baix Llobregat. With more than 65 years of history, the AE Prat is a reference entity in the soccer grassroots in Barcelona. Nowadays, its first team has become the champion of the third division of the Catalonian group. A huge family of 29 teams in different categories, fully experienced coaches and amazing staff forms the AE Prat. In WOSPAC, we are very proud of this agreement and looking forward to delightedly work together as soon as possible. At the signing ceremony attended from AE Prat, its president, Luis Quiñonero, and the General Manager, Daniel Parra; and from WOSPAC, the CEO, Alex Bosacoma and the General Manager, Dídac Rodríguez.

This weekend a new edition of the Aurun Store Sunset Beach by Iguana was celebrated, with successful participation as each year and where WOSPAC, was one of the main sponsors of the same. Likewise, one of the attractions which had more success in participation among participants and accompanying persons, was brought by WOSPAC a human foosball. The morning was dedicated to children, with races for all ages by the sand of the beach by categories, and in which all were then presented with a medal going up to the podium. The turnout was massive and a great number of children enjoyed a different day, as well as after a foam party. Evening was turn for the olders, and in the first instance for the bravest, which take part in the 40 km. of race, a total of 16 laps along the marked path. After 2 hours, left the participants of 5, 10 and 20 km races. The afternoon was enlivened by performances that put rhythm and sound, to encourage both to the public and all participants along its route along the beach at Castelldefels. The presence of WOSPAC, with the human foosball, was a total success, taking an incredible reception and where all day did not stop moving people of all ages to enjoy a different activity. A great day was lived in Castelldefels Beach and we want to congratulate Aurun Store, by its excellent organization and their new success with this great solidarity initiative.

As every summer WOSPAC performed and, participates as partner collaborator in various campus of football around the world. This year in our franchises of Poland and Bermuda, have organized campus which have had a huge host, with a high participation of children, which have had a great success. In Poland, at the facilities of the Akademia GKS Tichy, and directed by Rafal Legierski, director of WOSPAC Poland and with the technical direction of Toni Sánchez, coach of WOSPAC, Campus TOP was held and counted with the presence of 55 children, who enjoyed a unique week. The workouts were focused in train players, with the methodologies of Spanish football, worked in the Academy of WOSPAC, in their programmes of SOCCER Stages . In Bermuda, under the technical direction of our director of franchise Kenny Thompson, took place again, a new edition of the successful summer campus. Developed on the facilities of the Bermuda Athletic Association, the campus was again a great success of participation. Finally, this week, in the U.S. State of South Carolina, has begun the Soccer Camp that every year organizes the UE Cornellà, partner of WOSPAC. In this campus WOSPAC collaborates as main partner, providing methodologies of work as well as trainings for coaches of the country. We would like to thank our franchises, by the success of participation and organization of the campus made. On the other hand, we want to wish UE Cornellà a total success for their campus.

Last Thursday, the 4th of November, WOSPAC received a group of 4 players and 3 coaches of the Chinese club Guo Hui Football invited by UE Cornella´s Chinese player, Gao Lei Lei. The group arrived in Barcelona from China to get to know for themselves the experience that WOSPAC offers with its sport and educational development programme for players (WOSPAC Stages) and coaches (WOSPAC Coach) from all over the world. The young players, between 10 and 12 years old, are very excited to participate in our 10 day programme. Shi Kehe, one of the youngest of the group commented: “We are very excited to get to know Barcelona and most of all to be able to train with a team like UE Cornella where Gao Lei plays. We are also excited to able to learn during WOSPAC´s morning technification.” As well as Shi; Mei Shuijun, Yu Wen Jun Qi y You Dong Xian will all live together alongside other WOSPAC players, sharing their experiences with boys from 10 different countries and cultures. During their stay, they will not only complete their sport training with sessions run by WOSPAC, but also they will discover how UE Cornella`s is one of the greatest competitors that Spanish football has to offer and doing so by participating in training sessions will different teams within the green club. However, training is not the only thing that they will be doing. The group will also assist in a La Liga game, they will experience up close the city of Barcelona and will be able to visit the fantastic stadium of FC Barcelona; The Camp Nou. For the coaches Cui Feng, Zeng De Run and Li Jing, it is also a very good opportunity to get to know the Spanish football training system and to study firsthand the footballing methodology of the best clubs in Barcelona, combining training with UE Cornella and visiting FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol´s youth teams. “We are very grateful for the this opportunity that we have been offered with the trip to Barcelona and also to Gao Lei, who is a leader for sport in China, for inviting us to come to WOSPAC” Said Li Jing, one of the technical coaches of the small group. WOSPAC continues its struggle to promote the growth of sport around the world. Therefore, it is involved in several aid projects in the most disadvantaged areas of the planet. Some are points of conflict, where this type of initiatives achieve the integration of people belonging to more disadvantaged groups. The main objective is to achieve a better coexistence, and for the moment we are fulfilling. The work done so far is giving results. These helps make the good work that WOSPAC has shown can always be felt. Children are the ones who notice these initiatives. They can awaken the dreams that had been stolen. Thus, they integrate with boys and girls just like them, and can share those activities. Without a doubt, one of the most effective ways to learn to live and share. All help is not enough for the most disadvantaged, but WOSPAC gets thanks to the sport that many young people are able to cope better. The WOSPAC brand is positioning itself in the world of international sport. And many institutions are beginning to be interested in our initiatives and methods of expansion of the large-scale formative sport. New seeds are being planted, which we hope will become a great network of contacts. We want many more aids and options to bring new opportunities to everyone. Of course WOSPAC would like to reach many more people, and unfortunately all the initiatives that are created are still insufficient. But from WOSPAC we are very motivated to continue transmitting the values that the sport teaches, and to expand them in those parts of the world, where it has more meaning than to be a simple game.
