The third day at the MIC began with great enthusiasm by our players. The youth teams, faced the first decisive game of the final round eager to win it to continue his run at the tournament, but luck was elusive in both cases.
After a good first day for WOSPAC teams, began the second day with two matches on the horizon that would decide the future of our teams in the tournament. In the morning our U-19 teams faced FC Central Los Angeles and FC Istres respectively, both in the field of Cassà de la Selva.
The big day arrived; the first competition day at MIC has already started. The three WOSPAC Teams, two U-19 teams and one U-14, enjoyed their first matches at the venues of the Costa Brava showcasing their work during this year at the academy.
Today, was the presentation of the #MIC2016 where three WOSPAC teams take part in one of the best competitions of football in the world. At the presentation held in Estadi Montilivi of Girona CF, our representatives were the youth players Tandasi Fombutu (Cameroon), Samir Musaev (Russia) and Gavin Euksuzian (USA). The presence of WOSPAC Teams in soccer tournaments this easter was not only at MIC but also in the Mundialito hosted in Portugal, in which our franchise from USA, WOSPAC USA, took part in with two teams competing in one of the tournaments that congregates the best quarries of all over the world in U-12 and U-14 categories.

In WOSPAC, we keep celebrating. The U16 female Catalan soccer national team selected our player, Kenny Thompson, to play a friendly game against the national team of Finland. The final result was 2-0 for the Catalan national team.
WOSPAC Stages offers elite programs to athletes in the city of Barcelona to improve in the field of sports and education. At WOSPAC we also have annual programs and monthly or weekly programs.
The WOSPAC Teams program, which organizes stays and friendly matches for teams from around the world, received the visit of the Wake Forest University from the State of North Carolina, USA, with its section of soccer, one of the best universities in this field highlighting throughout all of the United States, competing every year in the final phases in the NCAA Championship.

Last week we had the pleasure to welcome the 9-year old soccer player Joao Rafael Saint Omer de Sá from Bermuda, who joined WOSPAC to take part in our 1-week SOCCER Stages program.
The twenty-seventh round of the Spanish BBVA league was played on March 3rd. It was a very special day because five of our players from the WOSPAC Stages program went to the Cornellà el Prat stadium to watch RCD Espanyol hosts Real Betis thanks to five tickets given by WOSPAC.
