Few days ago, WOSPAC signed its first agreement with a sports club that is not related to the world of football, the Gavà Handball Club, thus, becoming a new sport for the company.
This weekend there were 5 games in which UE Cornellà and FC Barcelona could battle it out.
It was a great weekend for Cornellà’s Juvenil. The team who was coached by Marc Fortuny and Giancarlo, who received CCR Gavà who were in last place.
On Wednesday WOSPAC signed a new agreement with Gavà Handball Club to expand their sporting and professional capabilities and thus incorporate handball as a new WOSPAC sport.
UE Cornellà’s Youth C achieved a well-deserved victory 0-2 at CF Reus Esportiu.
WOSPAC’s UE Cornellà team went to La Florida’s home ground, very close to L´Hospitalet de Llobregat.
On Friday the 17th of April two SOCCER Stages were recognised by The International School Barcelona (ISB), for their great effort throughout different subjects.
On the 7th of April two new additions to the SOCCER Stages programme were included. They are Ritchie Barry and Nikos Lovoulos.
Last Saturday some of the SOCCER Stages members went to FC Barcelona’s sporting city “Joan Gamper”, watching Barça’s Juvenil A, playing against Jabac Terrassa, both from the Honour Division.
The star of the show this week has been Blairi Schermer. Blairi, who is a 17 year old Dutch boy, has been training this week with the first team´s goalkeeper Toni Doblas. Blairi has completed specific training sessions twice this week with the great Sevillano.
The football academy from Los Angeles (USA), USA Soccer Stars, has spent one day with us. The three team from the academy, that from next Wednesday they will be participating in the prestigious tournament MIC (Mediterranean International Cup), have disputed preparation matches against teams from UE Cornellà.
In another of the preparation matches, the combined Cadet team of UE Cornellà – WOSPAC clearly won against the team from the locality of Terrassa, Sant Pere Nord.
