The second round of the handball Catalan college championship took place in the Catalan city of Igualada the last month of February. After the development of the championship, the semi-finals are as following.
WOSPAC supports handball. Three of the CH Gavà players, handball club linked to WOSPAC, took part in the Spanish territorial championship representing Catalunya in Almería. Jana Castañera, under 16, Claudia Limones and Sofía Feliu, under 14; were the players selected.

After three weeks of intensive learning and gaining new football experiences, Lea Westlake has finished his stay within the WOSPAC SOCCER Coach program, where he has had the opportunity to broaden his knowledge as a coach and to get acquainted with new working methods through the training sessions he has taken part in at the WOSPAC Academy and with the different teams of UE Cornellà.
This week bid farewell Arthur van Den Brink, a Dutch student who the last 5 and a half months has been working in the Department of MKT & COM WOSPAC thanks to a scholarship granted by the Hogeschool van Rotterdam, the University of Applied Sciences where Arthur is in the third year of his studies.
Last weekend, our youth team formed by members of WOSPAC Stages, played a new match against Sagrat Cor de Sarria, where our players demonstrate once again his football qualities and completely overwhelmed the opponent with a 7-0 final where the football played by the WOSPAC players by game was high-level and unanswered by the opponent.
Jordan international player and currently player of Steaua of Bucharest, most successful team of the Romanian football and European champion in 1986 against FC Barcelona, Thaer Al Bawab visited the facilities of WOSPAC to learn more about the projects that we are undertaking, as well as the training methods.
This week, we would like to welcome three new players who have joined WOSPAC Stages. They are Jude Burst who comes from the US State of Louisiana, Gabriel Ocampos from San Jose, capital city of Costa Rica and Xi Haixiang from China.
The Australian Academy of soccer Football Movement, who is on tour around Spain, and has visited and trained in the sportive complexes of Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and the Spanish Football Federation, in his Las Rozas sports city, has visited this week WOSPAC being his last stop on this long tour they have done.
